The 5th Pollinator Garden was planted during the Pollination Celebration and was made possible by alumni donor Stephen King. The event also included speaker Mitch Robinson from Strawberry Plains Audubon Center who spoke about the importance of pollinators.

The University of Mississippi has been certified as a Bee Campus USA Affiliate. The University of Mississippi is the 81st campus in the nation to be certified.
